Introduction

2	Fiberglass poles 72" (6ft.) long. Bicycle flag poles work well. (Note: No hollow-core fishing poles)
3	1/2" rubber chair tips. Come in white or black but can be painted.
1	6" diameter bowl (1qt. mixing bowl) Can be plastic or metal.
1pc.	3/4" inner diameter PVC. Will only need about 12" in length.
1	Cap for above PVC. Can be plastic slip type, or metal pipe cap (extra weight)
	About 18" of thin wire
	Strapping tape
	Duct tape. Comes in lots of colors.
	Hot glue gun and hot glue. (Use yellow high-temp, high-strength kind.)
	Block plane (make sure it's sharpened!)
	Hacksaw (or something like it, to cut poles and PVC)
	Measuring tape (at least 48" long)
	Drill with 3/8" and 1/8" (or smaller) bits (if using a metal bowl)
	Gloves, dust mask and goggles (Safety first!)
