The Barony of Dragon's Laire supports and hosts a number of activities throughout the
year. Events and other activities are open to all, however, certain
conditions, such as fees, appropriate garb and mode of behavior may be
required.
Most commonly scheduled for early
February, Arts and Sciences take center stage with the Champion's competition,

June Faire, always scheduled for the first weekend in
June, is the Barony's premier event. It is open to the public and attracts
a large attendance from both the SCA populace and the modern public. In addition, this event features Heavy and Rapier, Equestrian, Thrown Weapons and Archery competitions. Other
activities include shopping at Medieval style merchants, Arts and Science
displays and demonstrations, Court, Bardic performances and a wide variety of martial activities

Summer Picnic and Social - A laid-back day of good eats, good friends

Last Chance features all of Dragon's Laire's Marshallate championships (Heavy, Rapier, Archery, Thrown Weapons, Junior Heavy, and Equestrian). A Ladies Only Tea
occupies the afternoon and other activities are scheduled as space and time

A holiday atmosphere fills the hall at our annual Yule
celebration held in December. The event also

Master Ed - The Noble Horse is the theme of this event. Primary competition is for
the Baronial Equestrian Championship, but other fun and games are enjoyed. For more details on

Information on additional events such as Sargeant's Trials and
other sponsored events is upcoming. Throughout each month, a number of more informal activities are scheduled
in the Barony. Just like any other organization we have a business meeting as
well as fight practice, Arts and science night, Bardic meetings, Costuming guild, Culinary/Spiritmaker'sGuild,
European Dance, Heraldry night, and other associated
