Documents and Forms for the Barony of Dragons Laire

From time to time any organization finds it must have assorted documents and forms on hand to define or implement policy, expedite and/or record official business, or provide direction or structure to activities.  This page acts as a reference library of these documents and forms. Documents were current at the time they were provided, but may have undergone minor or extensive revisions in the meantime.  Forms are designed to be printed and used. At this time no on-line submission of forms is possible. In all cases, any conflict between electronic versions of documents and the print version will be resolved in favor of the printed version!
